Basic users can download a limited number of free skins without creating an account. However, we recommend creating a free account to track your downloads, save favorite skins, and receive updates about new releases. For premium skins and additional features, you'll need to create an account and subscribe to one of our premium plans.

We add new skins to our collection every week. Premium members get early access to new releases (7 days before they're available to free users). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

1. Log in to your MinecraftMods account
2. Go to "Account Settings"
3. Select "Subscriptions"
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We don't provide partial refunds for unused subscription time, but the features will remain available until the subscription expires.

• Free users (with account): 5 free skins per day
• Premium subscribers: Unlimited downloads of both free and premium skins

Download limits reset daily at midnight UTC. Premium subscribers never have to worry about download limits.

Yes, you can modify skins downloaded from MinecraftMods for your personal use in Minecraft. However, please note the following:

• The modifications should be for your personal use only
• You may not redistribute modified versions of our skins on other platforms or claim them as your own original work
• Commercial use of our skins or their modifications is not permitted without explicit written permission

Custom skin requests allow premium subscribers to request personalized Minecraft skins designed specifically for them. Here's how it works:

2. Go to "Custom Requests" in your dashboard

4. Submit your request
5. Our designers will create a custom skin based on your specifications
6. You'll receive the completed skin within 3-7 business days (depending on complexity)
7. You can request revisions if needed

Annual premium members receive 3 custom skin requests per year, while Lifetime members get 5 requests total. Monthly subscribers do not have access to custom requests.

The typical turnaround time for custom skin requests is 3-7 business days, depending on:

The more specific you are, the better our designers can match your vision. Feel free to include sketches or mockups if you have them!

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom skin. Each custom request includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Here's how it works:

1. Once we deliver your skin, you have 7 days to request revisions
2. Submit your revision requests through the same dashboard where you received the skin
3. Be specific about the changes you want (e.g., "Make the hair darker," "Add more details to the armor," etc.)
4. We'll implement your requested changes and deliver the revised skin within 2-3 business days

If you need more than 2 rounds of revisions, additional charges may apply, or it may count as a new custom request. Major concept changes after the initial design is delivered may also count as a new request.

We aim to accommodate most custom skin requests, but there are a few limitations:

• We cannot create skins that violate Minecraft's community guidelines
• We don't create skins with offensive, hateful, or explicit content
• We can't create exact replicas of copyrighted characters (though we can make inspired designs)
• Technical limitations of Minecraft's skin system apply (e.g., limitations in dimensions and transparent areas)

If your request falls outside our guidelines, we'll contact you to discuss alternatives. We're committed to creating original, creative designs that comply with all relevant policies while still capturing your vision.
