Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium Content and features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change the subscription fee, we will notify you before charging your payment method with the new fee. By continuing to use the Service after a fee change, you consent to the new fee.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact our support team for a full refund. After the initial 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding User-submitted Content), features, and functionality are owned by MinecraftMods.org and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Minecraft Skins

All Minecraft skins available through the Service are either owned by MinecraftMods.org or used with permission. By downloading a skin, you are granted a limited license to use the skin for personal, non-commercial purposes within the Minecraft game. You may not redistribute, sell, or claim the skin as your own creation.

Third-Party Rights

User Content

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last six (6) months, or, if you have not paid us, one hundred dollars ($100).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.
